Jury Trials
Jurors report at 9 am to be assigned to the various courts. Jury trials
normally begin on Monday with jury selection at 10 am. |

Dress Code
All hearings are open to public. Professional attire is expected in court.
Shorts, tank tops, hats, or bare feet are not allowed.

Standing Order
The District Judges of McLennan County, Texas have entered a Standing Order
Regarding Children, Property and Conduct of the Parties. This order
applies to all divorce petitions and suits affecting parent-child relationships,
(except AG initiated cases and CPS cases), filed after May 5, 2008. A copy
