Docket File Instructions
(All questions or complaints regarding the information
posted within the docket are to go to McLennan County Court @ Law Administrator,
Cindy Moore, 254.757.5030 and not the McLennan County webmaster. County Court
@ Law docket postings are maintained by the Court Administrator.)
NOTE: Instructions are provided for use with MS Excel spreadsheet
software. Although other spreadsheet programs may be compatible, MS Excel should
be installed and used for best results.

Right click
here
then click "Save Link As" or "Save Target As" and save it to your
computer |

Open the Docket File in Excel on your computer. |
|

To sort, use the column list below and follow these instructions. |

Left-click on the blank space above the "1" on the left hand side of the spreadsheet
to highlight the whole sheet. |

5 |
Left-click "Data" from the Menu Bar at the top. |
|
|
6 |
Left-click on the "Sort..." option, this should bring up a dialog box. |
|
|
7 |
Use the drop-down boxes to select the Columns you want to sort by and click ok. |

Page Setup for Printing |

Left-click on the "File" from the Menu Bar at the top. |
|
|

Left-click on the "Page Setup..." option, this should bring up a dialog box. |

Left click on the "Page" tab, then check "Landscape" under "Orientation", and check
"Adjust to" under "Scaling" and change the percentage to "70". |

Left-click on the "Margins" tab, then uncheck both Horizontally and Vertically under
"Center on Page". |

Left-click on the "Sheet" tab, then uncheck "Row and column headings" under "Print". |

6 |
Left-click on the "Print Preview" button to the right side of the preview or left-click
on the "Print" button to print. |
