Constable John W. Johnson started his law enforcement career with the McLennan
County Sheriff's Department in 1988 until December of 2001 where he was appointed
Constable of Precinct 7 after the death of Constable Jesse Kelly. |

Since day one, Constable Johnson has strived to make precinct 7 one of the most
efficient offices in McLennan County. This mission has been accomplished with
the help of a very outstanding and professional staff.

In the past six years, Precinct 7 has served over 20,500 civil papers, with revenues
totaling over one million dollars in civil fees for McLennan County. Precinct
7 will be more than happy to answer any civil related questions you may have and
mail you the information upon request. Our main purpose is to serve the public
