The purchasing department is responsible for ordering all material and
services to be used in McLennan County.
Sealed
bids
are opened in commissioner's court on Tuesday mornings at 8:30 AM CST. Check the
bid packet opening date for the date of bid opening. Remember that the mail does
not get to this office before 10:00 AM, so mail your sealed bids in early!
