Precinct 3 along with the cooperation of the Community Block Grant Program is working to make long awaited improvements to the Forrest Lawn Addition in Elm Mott. With new water and sewer infrastruture installations pending, the remainder of the neighborhood is on hold, but will be resurfaced as work progresses.
