Misdemeanor Probation Conditions
The following is a listing of basic misdemeanor probation conditions. Refer to your order for specific and additional conditions in your case.

Basic Misdemeanor Conditions
- Commit no offense against the laws of this state or of any other state, or of the United States
- Report to the Probation Officer as directed by the Court or Probation Officer, at least once each month, and obey all rules and regulations of the Probation Department
- Remain within McLennan County, Texas , unless permitted to depart by the Court through the Probation Department
- Report any change of residence, job, or job status to the Probation Officer within 72 hours
- Permit the Probation Officer to visit you at home, at work, or elsewhere
- Work faithfully at employment suitable to the Court and Probation Department
- Avoid persons or places of disreputable or harmful character
- Avoid injurious or vicious habits and/or avoid the unlawful use of drugs, narcotics, or any other controlled substance
- Provide the Court with a High School Diploma or its equivalent or prove skill level of students who have completed 6th grade in public schools in this state
- Submit to alcohol/drug screening/testing administered by the probation department, with this order to be amended to reflect recommended treatment program and pay the fee of $30 within thirty (30) days of this order
- Support Defendant’s dependents
- Pay monthly probation fees and any assessed restitution fees, court cost, fines, etc.
